Safeguarding is a priority here. Bethesda takes child protection seriously and only uses approved volunteers to work with children.

We are committed to following guidelines from the government and from thirtyone:eight [formerly CCPAS (The Churches' Child Protection Advisory Service)] on safeguarding children, and adults with care and support needs, and good working practice, including recruitment of workers / volunteers.

We work to a formal safeguarding policy, which is held in the church office and which can be seen on request from us.

If you have any concerns regarding the safety or welfare of a child or a vulnerable adult, you can speak to Scott Savage at the church.
